Warehouse Associate​/Delivery Driver

Modern Heating & Air is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver who will help keep our warehouse clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly. This role also supports our field operations by driving a company truck to deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and technicians. • Receive, unload, and put away incoming shipments, manage returns, prep will-call and outgoing shipments
• Pick, stage, and organize materials for service calls and construction projects
• Operate a forklift safely
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Assist with inventory organization and accuracy
• Support tool and equipment organization

• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and technicians
• Pick up parts/materials from vendors and deliver to the warehouse or job sites
• Load and secure materials properly; follow safe driving and jobsite safety requirements
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and jobsite needs with departments affected
• Complete delivery logs and basic paperwork
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, prefer experience with box truck deliveries
• Forklift certified with experience or willingness to become forklift-certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; heavier items with assistance or equipment
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, seasonal temperature changes and outdoors as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Basic smartphone and computer skills for communication and inventory tracking

Full-time – Day Shift

$20–$25 per hour (based on experience/qualifications)
