We are currently seeking a reliable and safety ‑focused CDL Driver to join our distribution team. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy night and weekend shift schedules, consistent Twin Cities Metro area and State (through MN) routes, and being home daily.

As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting newspaper bundles from our printing facility to distribution centers, retail locations, and carrier drop points. This position ensures timely, accurate, and safe delivery of printed products.

We’re hiring five(5) Full-Time CDL Truck Drivers – CDL Class B with air brake endorsement

• Dedicated routes ✨ | No residential stops | HOME DAILY
• OVERNIGHT SHIFTS (because who loves traffic?)
• $3,000 HIRING BONUS
• Union pay and benefits: $26.45/hour

• Operate company vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Load, secure, and unload newspaper bundles and related products.
• Complete daily Twin Cities Metro area and State (through MN) delivery routes.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and necessary paperwork.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or mechanical concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and internal teams.

• VALID - CDL Class B MUST have air brake endorsement - required
• Must be a t least 21 years old
• Clean driving record and experience behind the wheel
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background screen
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle repetitive loading & unloading tasks.
• Strong reliability & good attendance are required during these overnight shifts
• Previous delivery or route‑driving experience preferred, newspaper distribution a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Twin Cities and surrounding areas (a big plus!)
• Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

• $3,000 HIRING BONUS (Paid in $1,000 increments at 90, 180, and 365 days, must be in good standing)
• Full-time drivers: $26.45/hour (Teamsters Local 638 Contract).
