Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $16.37 - $21.40 per hour, with additional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. • Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, and record fuel usage.
• Keep vehicles clean, secure, and well‑maintained; secure keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and collected money.
• Pick up customer returns (new items, warranties, cores) and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately.
• Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked at day’s end.
• Clock in/out as per company policy.
• Perform additional duties assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, and cashier tasks when needed.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
• Valid state driver’s license and a driving record meeting the company’s 14‑18‑point system.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Familiarity with automotive parts a plus.
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
