Driver Helper

Job Description Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to assist a Delivery Driver over established routes to deliver products. Driver Helpers are expected to obtain their CDL Class A within their first year, providing an opportunity to transition to a Driver career with our team.

Four‑day work week with overtime potential. Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 7AM start time.

• Assist in the delivery of assigned orders to retail accounts in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain good relations with retail customers.
• Lift 45‑65lbs (average weight of a case) and push/pull such weight regularly; may have two/three cases on a two‑wheeler.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor may also be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.
• Frequently climb into and out of a truck.
• Regularly lift 45‑65lbs; occasionally lift up to 160lbs.
• Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device.

$22 per hour.
