As a Resource Worker here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end‑to‑end logistics operations. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, optimizing transportation routes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to cost savings, improved customer satisfaction, and the overall success of Honeywell's supply chain.
THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT 5TH SHIFT:
10am-6pm Friday & Monday and 10am-10pm Saturday & Sunday
- Coordinate and execute logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve any logistics related issues or challenges
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data
- Support with shipping, packaging, and other material handling tasks
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast‑paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.

The annual salary range for this position is $44,900-$56,100. Salary information serves as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as scope of responsibilities, experience, education, and market conditions.
