Logistics Resource Worker- 5th Shift

Job Summary

As a Resource Worker at Honeywell, you will optimize end‑to‑end logistics operations by coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient supply‑chain operations and deliver cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction gains.

5th shift: 10 am‑6 pm Friday & Monday, 10 am‑10 pm Saturday & Sunday.

• Coordinate and execute logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve logistics‑related issues or challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data.
• Support shipping, packaging, and other material handling tasks.

• Must have: Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles; excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in logistics management software and tools; effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast‑paced manufacturing or distribution environment; ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines; attention to detail and accuracy; teamwork and collaboration; continuous learning and adaptability.
