• Operate roll‑off trucks and other commercial vehicles on local routes.
• Complete daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report issues.
• Handle loading/unloading safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and compliance documentation.
• Hit delivery targets (95–100% on‑time performance).
• Work both independently on routes and with the team in the yard.

• Valid CDL Class A license (manual required).
• Clean driving record with strong safety history.
• Experience with roll‑off, box trucks, or similar equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and looking for a long‑term home.

This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year.

Direct hire with union benefits.
