What You’ll Do:- Operate roll‑off trucks and other commercial vehicles on local routes.
- Complete daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report issues.
- Handle loading/unloading safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and compliance documentation.
- Hit delivery targets (95–100% on‑time performance).
- Work both independently on routes and with the team in the yard.
- Valid CDL Class A license (manual required).
- Clean driving record with strong safety history.
- Experience with roll‑off, box trucks, or similar equipment.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices.
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and looking for a long‑term home.

Job Type &Location:
This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year.
Direct hire with union benefits.
