The School Transit Services Operator is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to students residing near UMN. This position involves operating a school bus and ensuring the well-being of the students during their commute. The operator must maintain a clean and organized bus, follow designated routes and schedules, and ensure compliance with all traffic and safety regulations. Ongoing communication with school officials, parents, and students is essential to address any transportation-related concerns.

• Operate a school bus in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment for all passengers.
• Follow designated routes and adhere to scheduled pick‑up and drop‑off times.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with school officials, parents, and students regarding transportation matters.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to student safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work within a structured schedule.
• Previous experience in a student transportation or related role is a plus.
