Class A CDL Driver Home Weekends $1600-$2100+/WK (Full Time)
Overview
Class A CDL Truck Driver dedicated for regional home weekly routes with competitive pay of $1600-$2100 per week. Drivers are typically home one day during the weekend and may bring the truck home.
Compensation is $.70-$.76
CPM (based on experience) and $320 per load with an average of two loads per week.
Primary duty is to place boxes weighing 2-24 lbs on a conveyor belt. Drivers do not stock in the store or bring boxes into the store.
Roster includes states such as MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, and KY.
No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test is accepted.
Full benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K with matching, PTO) commence after 60 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class A CDL trucks on regional routes, maintaining schedules and documentation.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper placement on conveyor belts.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service while traveling across assigned states.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 years.
- At least 6 months of legitimate OTR, regional, or local driving experience; experience obtained through a school or trainer does not count.
- No more than two moving violations in the past year.
- No serious moving violations such as careless/reckless driving, leaving the scene, etc.
- No felony convictions in the last ten years; subject to safety review.
- No misdemeanor convictions in the last four years; subject to safety review.
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last five years.
- Must possess an up-to-date DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining as of orientation date.
- Valid Class A CDL license with all endorsements.
