McLane is hiring a Driver Trainee in Northfield, MN to learn the essential functions of the Driver role, including distribution to customer locations and exposure to warehouse operations as part of developing into a McLane Driver.
The program is on-site (Mon-Thu, 7am-5:30pm) with paid training. Pay starts at $23.50/hour while in school; first-year earnings are projected at $80,000-$90,000 with a minimum guarantee of $65,000 per year and comprehensive benefits from day one.
