In this hybrid role, you will manage shipping, operate forklifts, stage production materials, and handle local delivery routes. Location:

Minneapolis, MN Wage: $21.50 – $23.50/hr hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime required)

Duties of the non-CDL driver shipping clerk:

• Drive non-CDL company delivery vehicles to transport printed materials between facilities and to local customers
• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing orders while maintaining strict shipping and quality compliance
• Load, unload, and stage materials using material handling equipment and forklifts to support production schedules
• Maintain shipping, delivery, inventory, and logistics logs using company software

Requirements of the non-CDL driver shipping clerk:

• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and ability to perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Minimum of 1 year of shipping, warehousing, material handling, or local delivery experience
• Ability to pass onsite forklift certification training and safely operate material handling equipment
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and transport materials weighing up to 100 lbs. throughout the shift
