• Earn $100,000-$130,000 during your first year (based on miles and hours worked)
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (see office for details)
• Annual wage increases through our Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union)

As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you'll safely transport fresh produce throughout the Upper Midwest and Canada while representing one of the region's leading produce distributors.

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations on regional routes
• Deliver freight on time while following all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Drop, hook, spot, and interchange trailers at customer and distribution locations
• Read and complete bills of lading, manifests, and shipping documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status and any route issues
• Maintain professionalism while providing excellent customer service

• Regional overnight routes
• Dispatch times typically between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM
• Weekend work is required
  
  Top seniority drivers may have weekends off according to the Union schedule

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work overnight routes
• Strong safety record and commitment to DOT compliance
• Must be legally eligible to cross the Canadian border (preferred)
• Experience hauling refrigerated freight or produce is a plus
