Job Description:

Pride Staff is working with a respected and growing Midwest logistics facility in search of an experienced CDL-A Regional Driver. The CDL-A Regional Driver will safely transport fresh produce throughout the Upper Midwest and Canada while representing a leading regional distributor. The CDL-A Regional Driver will play a key role in hauling steady year-round freight, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining DOT compliance, and performing routine vehicle inspections.

The ideal CDL-A Regional Driver has recent tractor-trailer driving experience, a clean driving record, strong safety dedication, and the flexibility to work overnight and weekend routes. The CDL-A Regional Driver is a full-time, direct hire position in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely Operate Tractor-Trailer Combinations on Designated Regional Routes
• Deliver Freight On Time While Following All DOT Regulations & Safety Standards
• Perform Thorough Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Vehicle Inspections
• Drop, Hook, Spot, & Interchange Trailers at Customer & Distribution Locations
• Read, Complete, & Manage Bills of Lading, Manifests, & Shipping Documentation
• Communicate Effectively With Dispatch Regarding Delivery Status & Route Issues
• Maintain Professionalism & Provide Excellent Customer Service to Clients

Job Requirements &

Working Conditions:

• Valid Class A CDL Required
• Minimum of 1 Year of Recent CDL-A Driving Experience Required
• Clean Driving Record & Commitment to DOT Compliance Required
• Ability to Work Overnight Shifts & Weekend Schedules Required
• Ability to Pass a Driving Test & Standard Background Screening Required
• Must Be Legally Eligible to Cross the Canadian Border (Preferred)
• Previous Experience Hauling Refrigerated Freight or Produce Is a Plus
