Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills to support daily warehouse operations and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, physical environment and takes pride in keeping materials, shipments, and inventory organized and moving efficiently. This is a logistics‑management focused position-not a people‑management role.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate logistics for metal panel products and commercial roofing materials (no staff management)

* Manage inventory, gather materials, and prepare outgoing shipments

* Receive order details from the Project Manager and ensure materials are ready on schedule

* Load and unload trucks; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

* Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized material storage

* Support daily warehouse flow with a self motivated, solution-oriented approach

Requirements & Qualifications

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

* Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs

* Forklift operation experience required

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable working in a physical, fast paced environment

* Ability to coordinate shipments and oversee logistics processes

* Roofing, construction, or logistics knowledge is a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

$26 - $34 an hour
