Blaine Brothers - Warehouse Receiving Associate

Position Summary

Warehouse Receiving Associate responsible for daily receiving, checking in receipts using receiving slips and packing lists, labeling parts accurately, staging backorders and stock, and pulling parts for shipping when needed. The role also assists with shipping, core processing, cycle counting, organization projects, and other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

• Verify accuracy of parts received using company receiving lists and vendor packing lists, reporting damage and discrepancies.
• Accurately label parts.
• Stage customer and interbranch backorders and stock in the correct lanes.
• Assist with pulling parts for customer orders and intercompany orders when needed.
• Help organize the warehouse as assigned.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
