Warehouse Picker Packer

Position Summary

Warehouse Picker / Packer assists with filling orders in a warehouse setting, picking and packing goods as part of the Supply Chain team. They work in conjunction with Supply Chain management and are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery of finished goods to customers. Responsibilities include quality inspections, restocking inventory, unloading trucks, maintaining organization, and performing additional duties as assigned.

• Use mobile devices to pick finished goods products based on work orders, product location, item, and quantity.
• Ensure orders are picked and packed accurately, performing quality inspections as instructed.
• Stage items correctly for packing and shipping.
• Box up, shrink‑wrap, label, and package shipments as required.
• Replenish floor stock of shipping materials using pallet jacks, while ensuring safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain and organize product storage areas (coolers, freezers, shelves).
• Unload and load materials to/from vendor vehicles as needed.
• Ensure warehouse goals are met.
• Assist with putting inventory into locations for order fulfillment as needed.
• Follow company policies and practices as outlined in the Handbook and safety guidelines in the AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene, and Exposure Control manuals.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in coolers and freezers for periods of time.
• Ability to act independently and collaboratively on routine assignments and projects.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform at a high level.
• Flexibility to work hours that conform to business operations and departmental needs.
• Problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify problems and bring them to management for evaluation.
• Skill to accurately pick and pack products for shipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with 0–2 years of warehouse/shipping related experience.
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Working knowledge of basic computer programs and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and maintain good communication skills.
