Training is provided on 1st shift

• Operate overhead cranes and sit‑down forklifts (training provided)
• Cut and process metal coils using saws and specialized equipment
• Read and accurately follow work orders and specifications
• Perform shipping, receiving, packaging, and bundling tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Meet daily production and quality standards

• 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and take precise measurements
• Comfort working in a heavy industrial environment

• Overhead crane experience
• Skid or pallet building experience
• RF scanner experience
• Material handling and order picking experience

This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role in a steel distribution center. The environment may be dirty at times, but it offers an active, engaging workday for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and being on the move.

This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $26.07‑$27.07/hr.
