Pay: $19.50 – $20.50 depending on experience, 4‑day work week, Sunday–Wednesday nights, start times discussed in interview, flexible days and hours.
Position DetailsWarehouse associates are the foundation of the company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain an efficient flow of products through the distribution process, ensuring quality standards. Responsibilities include moving, tracking inbound, outbound, and stored products, offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing items.
Active & physical role: standing entire shift, lifting, pushing or pulling cases weighing between 32–50 lbs, and picking 1,200–1,400 cases per shift.
Responsibilities- Receive all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
- Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
- Ensure placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail by ensuring proper attention to all areas including, but not limited to; balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned areas.
- Transfer merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location; consolidate merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
- Pack products securely in cartons and totes; apply shipping mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
- Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
- Record number of materials or items received or distributed.
- Perform end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintain orderly workstation and return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines; ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves, replenish product from various heights weighing between 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–90 pounds throughout shift.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer, and dry.
- Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment such as forklift operation.
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
$19.50 to $20.50 per hour.
