1pm to 9pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
Hourly pay: $22.50-$26.00/hr (pay increases in range based on experience)
Compensation includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package.
What You'll DoAs a warehouse associate, you help drive a great customer experience by getting products from our warehouse to customers. As orders come in, you help fulfill them accurately by locating, packaging, and loading items onto trucks.
- Load and unload trucks and move boxes/material in a safe manner using forklifts, pallet jacks, handcarts, etc. (training provided)
- Count, check, and record items coming in or being shipped out.
- Use handheld devices to scan barcodes and labels to track inventory levels.
- Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
- Help keep products free from damage and organized.
- Follow and promote procedures that ensure warehouse safety and security.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly, or up to 75 lbs. with equipment or team help.
- Ability to stand and walk for much of the shift.
- Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers).
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment like forklifts and handheld scanning devices (training provided).
- Ability to work in various temperatures in the warehouse.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
