Position Details

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. Warehouse people move and track all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse, including offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products.

This role is active and physical, requiring standing for the entire shift and the ability to lift, push, or pull cases weighing 32–50 lbs by hand. Full case order selectors pick between 1 200–1 400 cases per shift.

Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound merchandise and locate proper pick locations
  • Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection
  • Ensure product placement in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands
  • Maintain attention to detail in all areas including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and assigned areas
  • Transfer merchandise from receiving area to appropriate location and consolidate into picking containers as necessary
  • Packs products securely in cartons and totes; applies shipping  marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number
  • Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products
  • Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes
  • Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list
  • Record number of materials or items received or distributed
  • Perform end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work
  • Maintain orderly workstation and return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations
  • Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines; report unsafe conditions immediately
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 6 + months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
  • Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
  • Able to lift, stack, and or pull products off shelves, replenish products from various heights, generally from 10–35 lb up to 60–90 lb depending on location
  • Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry)
  • Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as forklift operation
  • Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check
