Warehouse Supervisor Accountabilities

• Oversees warehouse operations as a hands‑on leader and leads warehouse team members by example to ensure all policies and best practices are being followed
• Supervises and improves all inbound, outbound and internal inventory movement
• Directs workload and daily assignments of warehouse team members
• Provides coaching, feedback and encouragement to warehouse team members
• Provides on‑the‑job training to employees
• Works with Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Lead to manage staffing and workflow
• Maintains an organized warehouse including inspecting equipment, maintaining inventory and placing orders as needed
• Provides feedback on warehouse team members performance to Warehouse Manager
• Supports Warehouse Manager on projects as needed
• Conducts daily shift meetings and metric reviews
• Records/Updates metric and tracking documents as assigned
• Provides training, support and direction to employees
• Directs the picking, receiving and verification of products orders and containers
• Assists in preparing international shipments and verifies commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading. Ensures compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
• Monitors workspace for safety to ensure all tasks are carried out with safety in mind and all safety processes and procedures are followed
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism and projecting a positive image of CFMOTO Powersports
• Ensures a clean and safe work
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 - 3 years’ previous experience in similar role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
• Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• A positive attitude, motivated, self‑starter with strong teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  
  Previous leadership experience
• Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors at all levels in a cross cultural setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a challenging and developing environment; willingness to take on new responsibilities as our business evolves

• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US
• Normal schedule is Monday – Friday, 1st Shift; ability to work required hours
• Working conditions are normal for a warehouse and office environment
• Requires use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copy machines
• Required sitting and computer‑related activities for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job‑related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60K-$75K annually. Our competitive salaries are just one component to CFMOTO’s total compensation package.
