Job Overview
The Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all warehouse operations as a hands‑on leader, motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a safe and positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Oversees warehouse operations as a hands‑on leader and leads warehouse team members by example to ensure all policies and best practices are followed.
- Supervises and improves all inbound, outbound and internal inventory movements.
- Directs workload and daily assignments of warehouse team members.
- Provides coaching, feedback and encouragement to warehouse team members.
- Provides on‑the‑job training to employees.
- Works with Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Lead to manage staffing and workload.
- Maintains an organized warehouse including inspecting equipment, maintaining inventory, and placing orders as needed.
- Provides feedback on warehouse team members’ performance to Warehouse Manager.
- Supports Warehouse Manager on projects as needed.
- Coordinates daily with day shift management to align on priorities and optimize operational workflows.
- Monitors workspace for safety and ensures all tasks are carried out with safety in mind and all safety processes and procedures are followed.
- Maintains a high level of customer service, professionalism and positive image of CFMOTO Powersports.
- Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
- Conducts daily shift meetings and metric reviews.
- Records and updates metrics and tracking documents as assigned.
- Provides training, support and direction to employees.
- Directs the picking, receiving and verification of product orders and containers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Required:
2–3 years’ previous experience in a similar role. - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, self‑starter with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation with ability to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a challenging environment and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Normal schedule:
Monday – Friday, 4 pm–12:30 am; ability to work required hours. - Work conditions normal for a warehouse and office environment.
- Requires use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copy machines.
- Requires sitting and computer‑related activities for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
The wage range for this role is $60K–$75K annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match, vacation & sick time, life insurance, employee purchase discounts and additional opportunities.
