Sales/Distribution Center Supervisor

Sales/Distribution Center Supervisor Details:
- Direct hire position
- $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 / annually
- First shift (Monday through Friday)
- Lead daily warehouse and distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees while managing schedules, workflow, and performance.
- Drive safety, quality, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting, and Sales to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping performance, warehouse metrics, and financial performance of warehouse operations.
Sales/Distribution Center Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or 10+ years of supervisory experience in distribution or plant/operations management.
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
