Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Overtime (if required): 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM 2nd

Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Overtime (if required): 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker / Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support material handling, product movement, and general warehouse functions while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities Support one functional area within the warehouse (e.g., Shipping, Receiving, or Inventory) Transport, stage, and move products and materials as needed Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage locations Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and security guidelines Support quality and accuracy standards during product handling Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Entry-level candidates welcome;

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Skills & Competencies Team-oriented mindset Detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy Knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, and basic quality concepts Familiarity with equipment, policies, and procedures that support workplace safety and security Why This Opportunity?
