Material Handler

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a dependable Material Handler I to support our retail distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately receive, pick, stage, and load automotive parts and supplies using pallet jacks or forklifts while following all safety and inventory procedures. You'll ensure orders are prepared on time, maintain a clean, organized work area, and work closely with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We provide hands-on training, clear processes, and opportunities to grow into higher-level warehouse, logistics, or leadership roles within our customer-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and store incoming automotive parts and supplies
• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders for stores and customers
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts safely to move materials
• Verify quantities and part numbers against pick tickets or invoices
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling and handling
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals
• Participate in training to improve skills and support career growth
