Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Responsibilities- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
- Maintain and schedule meeting rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed
- Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring they are directed appropriately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
