$50,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate financial management, including invoicing and budget compliance.
• Enter payroll data from foremen and coordinate with the payroll department for processing.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and keep accurate records for multiple projects.
• Create and issue invoices for project-related expenses.
• Manage lien waivers to meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Use advanced Excel functions.

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (more experience for handling more complex projects).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  Typical hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch; flexible start times after training.
