In the context of a permanent contract, we are looking for our future accountant.

Under the responsibility of the accounting manager, the accountant participates in the daily tasks of the accounting department, but also has administrative tasks to carry out.

The accountant manages on average 3 companies: all accounting, except the tax return.

You will be asked to carry out the following tasks:

1/ Administrative tasks

• Telephone reception
• Mail distribution

2/ Accounting domain

• Payment of suppliers
• Employee expense notes
• Leasing management
• Invoice entry
• Provision management
• Participation in the preparation of the balance sheet

3/ Human resources domain

• Payroll preparation
• Preparation of employee departure files
