Accountant St. Francis Health Services of Morris, Inc. – Morris, MN Full-Time | Exempt | Hybrid Salary Range: $50,000–$61,000 DOE

• Provide oversight and support for the accounts payable process.
• Process and reconcile revenue cycle payments.
• Maintain fixed asset records and related reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and statistical reports.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month‑end close activities.
• Support audits and other financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to answer financial questions and provide support.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Healthcare accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
