Payroll Administrator

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, timely payroll for multi-shift hospitality and gaming staff. Responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll, managing time and attendance data, handling deductions, garnishments, and benefits, and maintaining confidential employee records. You will reconcile payroll reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, payroll system experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate, timely biweekly payroll for resort and casino employees
• Review and validate time and attendance data, resolving discrepancies with supervisors
• Administer deductions, garnishments, and benefits within payroll system
• Maintain confidential payroll records in compliance with policy and regulations
• Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal wage, hour, and tax laws
• Assist with payroll-related audits and reporting requests
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting on employee changes and GL entries
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Identify process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
