Day Shift: Monday – Friday
Pay: $22.00-$30.00/hr based on experience
Job Duties of an Accountant:
- Process full-cycle payroll, including status changes, timesheet reviews, deductions, and tax filings.
- Verify payroll summaries for accuracy of payee, hours, deductions, and pay amounts.
- Maintain payroll-related spreadsheets (PLT, holiday worked, scheduled hours, benefits, 401k, etc.).
- Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile the general ledger and all bank accounts monthly
- Perform all required year-end financial and reporting activities.

3–5 years of professional accounting experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Quick Books)
