Twin City Staffing is seeking an office administrator - HR support specialist for a growing team in Becker! This position is the central point of coordination for the facility, providing vital support for front-desk operations, purchasing, and human resources. Location: Becker, MN
Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week | Monday - Friday
Position Type: Part-Time | Temporary
Duties of the office administrator - HR support:
- Manage front office contact, phones, and visitors
- Coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and handle purchasing
- Support invoicing, coding, and routing tasks
- Organize monthly safety training and records
- Assist with onboarding and orientation setup
- Support benefits administration and document collection
- Track timekeeping and attendance records
- Prepare internal HR communications and notices
- Maintain audit-ready training and progression records
- Handle sensitive employee information professionally
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- HR support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Paycom or similar HRIS experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working in varied temperature environments
