Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, action-oriented Operations Project Coordinator to support our Shared Services Team and execute critical agency initiatives. This role is ideal for a natural “doer” who thrives behind the scenes, brings order to chaos, and keeps projects—and people—moving forward. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and dependable support for senior leadership. What YOU are good at

Taking initiative and proactively driving projects forward
Managing multiple priorities and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
Participating in quality assurance objectives to keep data accurate and up to date
Previous experience with writing/content creation - both internally and externally
Owning and overseeing licensing and continuing education compliance
Creating structure and systems that keep work moving forward
Communicating clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization
Using project management tools, Excel/Google Sheets and operations systems effectively
Keeping a high bar for accuracy, follow through and execution
Thriving in a behind the scenes, supportive role with a team-first mindset
Being solutions-oriented and highly accountable
