Department Details

The hours for this position will be from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm, 5 days a week.

This position will support the Social Services department and perform the following tasks:

  • Admissions paperwork
  • Data gathering through patient visits
  • Checking in on short-term patients
  • Organizing and preparing patient rooms
  • Other tasks as needed
Job Summary

Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. Responsibilities include answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions; composing, typing and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, and monthly reports; maintaining vacation and department schedules; ordering and dispensing supplies; performing payroll functions such as maintaining time‑keeping information and submitting to payroll; maintaining master copies of company policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up‑to‑date.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Applicable experience (preferred)

May require a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, based on facility needs.
