Role Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Wayzata, MN. This role involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing administrative and financial tasks, and ensuring project workflow efficiency. This individual will also help foster a fun and positive work environment.

- Experience with Quickbooks Pro Desktop or equivalent accounting software
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Drive
- Familiarity with CRM and Project Management Platforms
- Proficiency in administrative tasks; invoicing, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Understanding of basic budgeting and accounting principals
- Ability to work on-site at our office in downtown Wayzata, MN
- Experience in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Timely creation of invoices and management of project workflow
- Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Understand & generate financial reports as needed
- Enter weekly scorecard numbers for leadership review
- Submission of bi-weekly payroll for external processing and management
- Occasional HR and Benefits paperwork for new and existing employees
- Front desk presence - answering phones, greeting guests
- Maintain office space appearance and order supplies as needed
- Help with planning and organizing team building events
- Maintain familiarity with all projects & progress
- Manage money and time budgets for each project
- Enforce staff-use of proper documentation & procedures
- Strive to increase company efficiency and profitability
- Management of CRM and Project Management Softwares
- Past experience at design, marketing or creative service agency
- Familiarity with EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System
- Specific experience with Nutshell (CRM) or Teamwork (Project Management) Platforms
