Who Will Thrive in This Role

This position requires an exceptional level of trust, confidentiality, and discretion. You will work closely with an entrepreneurial CEO whose days move quickly, whose ideas are always evolving, and whose approach to business is energetic, creative, and rarely routine. The right person will enjoy that pace and bring positive energy, a sense of humor, and a steady presence to the partnership.

Success in this role requires more than strong administrative skills—it requires emotional intelligence and excellent judgment. You must be able to read the room, anticipate what is needed, and understand when to ask questions, when to respectfully push back, when to help bring structure to a new idea, and when to step aside and allow the CEO to move forward. You will need the confidence to speak candidly, the discernment to know when and how to do so, and the professionalism to protect confidential information without exception.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, energized by an entrepreneurial environment, and comfortable working alongside a leader who thinks big and moves fast. The best candidate will be able to balance professionalism with personality—someone who can keep pace, stay organized, have fun, and remain grounded even when the day does not go according to plan.
