- Providing excellent customer service and communication
- Valid A Level European Automotive Technician certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on European vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
