Duration: 39 hours from Monday to Friday

Within our dealership, you will be responsible for different missions:

• Realize diagnostics, both mechanical and electronic, to identify the origin of the customer's complaint
• Realize complex technical operations
• Ensure the quality of interventions
• Ensure respect for the methods recommended by the manufacturer
• Represent the values of the Group
• Meet the expectations and needs of customers
• Advise, guide and help with your wide expertise the people in the workshop and the Customer Advisor
• Be the technical reference on areas related to electric and hybrid vehicles, their technologies and the legislation associated with interventions.

Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 or equivalent in the field of automotive expertise - type: COTECH, CQP technician expert after-sales, technician diagnosis, Technician Electrician Electronician Automobile, maintenance automobile - you benefit from a successful first experience of a minimum of 3 years.
