Our dealership is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Automotive Service Writer to join our award-winning Service Department.

• Welcome customers and serve as the primary contact for all service needs
• Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance schedules, and service options clearly
• Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed customer records
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, efficient workflow
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout their service visit
• Facilitate warranty claims and ensure proper documentation
• Deliver a customer-first experience with professionalism and transparency

• Previous automotive dealership or service advisor experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
• Ability to multitask in a busy service lane
• Solid understanding of vehicle repair terminology and service processes
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
