Automotive Service Advisor

Trinity Auto Care, a trusted, family-owned shop in White Bear Lake, is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor. In this front-line role, you'll welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and translate vehicle symptoms into clear repair orders for our ASE-certified technicians. You'll provide honest estimates, explain recommended work in plain language, and keep customers updated throughout service. Working in a respectful, team-focused environment, you'll help coordinate workflow, schedule appointments, and ensure vehicles are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and document vehicle symptoms clearly
• Write accurate service estimates and repair orders using shop systems
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs with transparency and integrity
• Act as liaison between customers and ASE-certified technicians
• Review inspections, prioritize work, and gain customer approval
• Provide status updates and explain work performed in easy-to-understand terms
• Coordinate scheduling, loaner vehicles, and timely vehicle delivery
• Handle payments, invoices, and warranty/maintenance plans
• Support shop workflow, parts ordering, and quality control checks
• Promote Trinity Auto Care's customer-first, community-focused culture
