Lot Technician

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Lot Technician for our Kia Minnetonka dealership. In this role, you'll keep our lot organized, clean, and customer-ready by moving, parking, and staging vehicles for sales and service. You'll support a negotiation-free, customer-first experience by preparing vehicles for test drives and deliveries, performing light cleaning, fueling, and visual inspections. You'll work closely with sales and service teams, follow safety and key-control procedures, and represent Walser's values of integrity, teamwork, and community every day.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize new and used vehicles on the lot to support sales and service flow
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe lot and display areas, including snow and debris removal as needed
• Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and proper merchandising materials before and after test drives
• Assist sales and service teams with vehicle staging, customer delivery, and transportation between locations
• Perform basic detailing such as vacuuming, cleaning windows, and removing stickers as directed
• Fuel, battery-check, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup and test drives
• Follow all safety, security, and key-control procedures and report any issues promptly
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and coworkers, reflecting Walser's customer-first culture
