• Bring vehicles into and out of the inventory bay using a loader
• Inventory Vehicles with in 48 hours
• Position vehicles safely for the inventory process
• Organization & control of vehicles through the inventory process to preserve quality
• Use a tablet to inspect and inventory vehicles
• Document vehicle condition, damage, and other important details
• Take clear, accurate photos of vehicles and damaged areas
• Enter vehicle information accurately into our inventory system
• Ensure inventory records are complete and up to date
• Process a minimum of 6 vehicles per day
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment and moving vehicles
• Work with the inventory team to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the process

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and tablet skills
• Able to accurately document information and take quality photos
• Comfortable working around vehicles and automotive equipment
• Able to work efficiently and meet daily production goals
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Automotive experience or knowledge is helpful, but not required
