DMC assists in design, engineering and manufactures industry-leading full volumetric modular units for the multi-family apartment and hospitality industries in the Upper-Midwest.

DMC is also a partner with AVA an in-house manufacturing facility that is 180,000 sqft in Albertville.

New opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, commercial retail, office, and hospitality developments. Modular homes are the concept of manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, and then shipping pieces off to new build construction sites to be assembled by the general contractor. Looking for a candidate who can lead a team of 6-7 employees.

• Forklift and Lull certified
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Clean-up of jobsite
• Other duties as assigned

• High school or GED
• Ability to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player
• Skilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• CDL or Health card preferred for material moving
