Job Details:

• Begin Date, ASAP
• 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Friday
• Location - West St. Paul
• Full Time

Compensation:

Job Duties:

• Manage small team of 2-4 technicians

• Monitor schedule and job statuses

• Manage social media accounts

• Answer phone calls and schedule service

• Handle first level customer complaints and other issues.

• Respond to voice messages and emails

• Review and update policies and procedures

• Manage payroll

• Manage inventory

• Order parts and materials.

• Interview applicants

• Manage Warranty Accounts

• Receive delivery packages

• Follow up with emails, calls, and text messages

Desired Qualities:

• Computer literacy (Must be able to efficiently type and use a Laptop, WORD, EXCEL, GOOGLE DRIVE, AI.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to provide professional customer service
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Competency with basic math and grammar
• Must be a US Citizen and can pass a background check.
• Ability to self-teach and problem solve.
• Ability to answer phone without delay or disruption. Compensation: $30.00 per hour
