The purpose of this role is to maintain and oversee the general day‑to‑day management of the site, ensuring that all operational activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with organisational standards and objectives. This includes coordinating staff and resources, monitoring site performance, and implementing procedures to maintain a high standard of service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, maintaining compliance with relevant policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards, while fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Additionally, the responsibility involves liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and continuity of operations. Regular reporting, record‑keeping, and evaluation of site processes are essential to support ongoing improvements and informed decision‑making. Overall, the aim is to ensure the site operates smoothly, meets its targets, and provides a safe, organised, and well‑managed environment for all users and staff.
