Felling Trailers is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to own and grow the online parts operations for Felling Trailers and Larson Cable Trailers. This position will focus on various e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, accurate listings, and effective promotional activities. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual with experience in managing online stores, updating product information, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
EssentialSpecific
Job Duties:
- Regularly add and update parts and pricing as needed.
- Review incoming orders daily and enhance product page details to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and monitor promotions.
- Respond to requests for adding parts/prints or updating pricing.
- Maintain and update internal spreadsheets to reflect accurate information.
- Upload and maintain accurate drawings and diagrams of trailers on the Smart Equip platform.
- Address and resolve pricing discrepancies on shipped items.
- Create and manage shipping groups and special shipping rules for non-standard items.
- Google AdWords:
Submit targeted search keywords and associated pages to Vivid. - Google Analytics:
Monitor and analyze page rankings; implement improvements to enhance organic search results. - Google Shop:
Add and monitor parts listings, working with our web company - Google Search Console:
Monitor and analyze page performance; implement improvements as needed
- Occasionally update payment software and user accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any payment delays or discrepancies.
- Check store account and emails daily for sales activity.
- Update and manage items for sale on eBay.
- Notify accounting of sales for proper fund allocation.
- Manage infrequent payment transactions as needed.
- Set up and maintain admin account for Pay Pal.
- Monitor and address return requests received via email.
- Locate and review invoices in GSS, then forward to the parts representative who handled the order.
- Print and organize return paperwork as required.
- Create webforms for various applications as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Vivid for form embedding and web page formatting.
Felling Parts Store & Larson Parts Store
- Post informational updates and promotional content on the parts pages weekly or as needed.
- Monitor and respond to comments/questions received via platform(s)
- Monitor and implement AI integrations in line with industry best practices for online sales.
- Creation and production of trailer data plates
- Promotional product engraving
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Preferred 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related area
- Hands‑on familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus) and Google's marketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple platforms at once
