Business Development Executive (Senior/ Junior) Position Description

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and engage potential partners in Vietnam through proactive outreach, including phone calls and introductions to our customer services.
• Conduct market research to understand client industries and identify local market leaders.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including managing project timelines, scopes, client requirements, and expectations.
• Attend kick‑off meetings with clients to gather requirements and lead project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Vietnam.
• Arrange, join, and facilitate business matching meetings to foster partnerships.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project completion.
• Achieve project KPIs and project completion targets.

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and business development.
• Capable of handling the task of making phone calls to find customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Working with a dynamic environment and professional clients.
• Working time:
  Monday – Friday; from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Working location: HCM office – Sala Urban Center, No. 21‑23, B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Social insurance joined with full gross salary.
