Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.

Wage range: $24.00-$27.15 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
  • Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
  • Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
  • Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
  • Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general data entry skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting patients and teammates
  • Dental insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferred
Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule designed to support work-life balance:

Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Tuesday: 1:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Friday: Additional Friday hours available based on practice needs and provider schedules

Saturdays: 10 per year

This schedule offers a great combination of daytime hours, one evening shift, and the opportunity for additional hours throughout the month.
