Babysitter needed for infant, experienced, with a car, Sept 1st

Location: Minneapolis

Hello! We’re looking for a reliable, caring babysitter for our infant starting September 1st.
I’m a nursing student, so my schedule changes each quarter. We’re looking for someone who has flexible availability Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. This does not mean you’ll work 12 hours every day. Some days we may only need you for 3–4 hours, while other days could be longer, occasionally up to 8 to 10 hours. I will provide my schedule ahead of time.
Our biggest priority is finding someone who genuinely loves babies and who we can trust with our little one. Your responsibilities would mainly be:
Feeding and diaper changes
Playing and keeping him engaged
Following his nap/sleep routine
Putting him to sleep when needed
Keeping him safe, comfortable, and cared for ❤️
No house cleaning is required. Your focus is our baby. We want you to feel comfortable and welcome in our home.
We would prefer someone with infant experience, reliable transportation/a car, good communication, and most importantly, someone who is dependable, patient, and loving.
We’re hoping to find someone we can build a trusting relationship with and continue working with as my school schedule changes.
