As a Head Start Classroom Support, you’ll work side by side with our Head Start Teacher to spark curiosity, build independence, and inspire little learners—all while supporting parents to become their child’s greatest advocate.

• Team Up in the Kitchen:
  Help with food prep and cleanup - keeping things organized andtidy.
• Stay Organized:
  Keep everything running smoothly with accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping.
• Add a Healthy Twist:
  Bring energy and creativity to health and nutrition activities that inspire kids to make healthier choices.
• Be the MVP:
  Step in for the Head Start Teacher when needed - you're the ultimate backup!
• Pitch In:
  Help out with light janitorial duties when necessary - teamwork makes the dream work.
• Promote the Program:
  Support recruitment and enrollment efforts to spread the word about Head Start.
• Prioritize Safety:
  Ensure a safe environment for everyone, every step of the way.

• You know your way around a computer.
• You're a team player and can handle tasks on your own like a pro.

• You're up to speed on child development - oreager to learn.
• Problem-solving and keeping the peace? Piece of cake!

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED and/or relevant experience.
• CPR and First Aid Certified - or ready to getcertified.
• Food Safety Certification - or the willingness toget certified within 3 months.

• Salary range of $16.25 - $23.42 p/hour + Benefits
• Full-time (30 hours per week), 9 Month Union Position
